How to Choose the Right TVET Course?

  1. Check labour demand, not prestige: Choose where employers are struggling to find workers.
  2. Demand CBT: Only 24% of institutions currently deliver Competency-Based Training – insist on it.
  3. Look for Workplace Experience: The best schools include 4 days in industry + 1 day in class (German dual model).
