About Us

‎About HeraldGH
‎

Welcome to HeraldGH. ‎ ‎HeraldGH was not started by a big media house or journalists in suits. It was started by an ordinary Ghanaian, a citizen who was tired of seeing too many sensational headlines, clickbait and fake news everywhere, and not enough factual, accurate and useful information.

I believe Ghanaians deserve better than “BREAKING: SHOCKING!!” stories that waste their time and data. ‎ ‎That is why I created HeraldGH.

What We Do

HeraldGH is a Ghanaian information platform focused on four areas that matter most to everyday people:

1. News:

Simple, verified and straight-to-the-point news happening in Ghana. No exaggeration, no added spices. Just what happened, as it happened.

2. Public Affairs:

We explain government policies, public issues and national decisions in plain language that everyone can understand. How does this new policy affect you in school, at work, or in your community? We break it down.

3. Opinion:

We share honest, thoughtful opinions from everyday Ghanaians. Sometimes mine, sometimes from readers who have something important to say. We don’t insult we discuss.

4. Education:

This is our core passion. HeraldGH wants to become the go-to website for credible and reliable educational information in Ghana. From BECE, WASSCE, SHS placement and self-placement, to teacher licensure (GTLE), GES recruitment and school admissions we give you clear, step-by-step guides you can actually trust and use.

Our Mission

To share information that is factual and accurate, not sensational. ‎- To make important public and education news easy to understand for every Ghanaian. ‎- To help students, parents and teachers get correct information at the right time. ‎- To promote truth over trends.
